They are nice over the phone but they gatekeep their content in a tier form. In order to get a quality photo or something from a "special collection" you have to spend an arm and a leg! Why the heck anyone would buy a digital picture for $33 is just crazy and unethical; let alone their pricing plans!

I signed up for a free rest period. Sneakily, they then make it into a year long contract, taking money each month. Creditcard details could not be deleted from the account.. I emailed them. On the first try they just sent me the receipt of the year contract. But I insisted and in the end the customer service person was very kind and managed to stop it and refund the 2 paid months because I did not download any pictures after the trial period.

Customer service doesn't exist!

They have horrible customer service, who literally disconnects in the middle of a conversation because they think the conversation is over. And they don't give the refund they promised.

I asked for a refund via email. They ignored my email. I used the chat system on their website, and I talked to two people to make sure the refund is processed. And yet they still charged me a month later. Be careful when you use this website. It's almost a scam. I'd never use their services again

You get charged anyway at the end, you do not get new tokens to get images/videos + to unsubscribe you have to contact them first.

Dont subscribe. You cannot contact them to get a refund. they do what is called FORCED retention of subscribers. You can cancel the automatic renewal (they provide a deceitful option to cancel) but you will still be charged.

Then you cannot get in touch with them once they know you are trying to cancel. STAY AWAY!

They start badly, they tell you that you can download 10 images for free, I spend half an hour looking for images and then when I go to download one it tells me that I have to put my credit card, and small print that you will have to pay monthly, that is, it is a scam, they give you 10 free images and then you have to pay them 11 months for nothing

Dont subscribe. You cannot contact them to get a refund, and their service is very basic. They cannot even provide images with transparent backgrounds.

UPDATE: I added a star, since I eventually did in thru to them and they agreed to a full refund. Still I suggest you use the thenounproject.com

Isotck's customer service is horrible! I had a previous monthly subscription for over a year and thought that I could download images that I had previously purchased, I later found out I couldn't without first reactivating my account again, so frustrating, I will NEVER purchase a monthly subscription again. Horrible experience.

I bought their plan and after just one day my account was no longer logged in, I checked my email and no message from them, what's going on??

I wanted to purchase a license for 1 photo — ended up getting a ONE YEAR subscription that I couldn't cancel. I consider myself to be decent with tech, how I ended up getting that subscription instead of buying a single license is beyond me.

So I wrote the support. No response… Well if that's the game you wanna play then let's play.

Here's what you can do:
1/ Create a disposable Revolut card
2/ Put that one instead of your regular
3/ Delete the disposable Revolut card

I am appalled by this kind of business practices. 1 star is too much for this short term kind of thinking.

My account subscribe package from them, today my account can't login without any reason!! What the hell? They took my money and deleted my account from the system?
